please rank derrick gainer at 135 lbs he was 1 lb over but is a 135 lber as of now {even really 130}

whatever its pretty rediculus that a guy is ranked in a weight class that he has never fought in

when you see derrick ranked by the ibf AT 130 LBS in august you guys will understand what im saying

seriously if a guy is 1 lb over the limit that doesnt make him the class above sometimes u gotta move around a few lbs to get a fight
