Big German Talent on Saturday

Sauerland's card on Saturday is headlined by Arthur Abraham vs Khoren Gevor. Not the greatest of fights but Gevor is a middleweight and he also should be Jermain Taylor's mandatory.

Anyway, British viewers might be aware of two very impressive, 11-0 prospects - KARO MURAT (super middle, 23 years old) and YOAN PABLO HERNANDEZ (cruiserweight, from Cuba, 22).

Both were covered on Sky on the Abraham-Demers undercard, scoring early KOs. Murat is relaxed, well balanced and sharp/composed for a young fighter. Hernandez is a massive, lean cruiser in the JC Gomez mould. He's a southpaw and hits in exciting combos. Both guys look like good body punchers.

On Sat, Murat fights Jermain Mackay & Hernandez fights Daniel Bispo. Sadly, Sky aren't showing the card at all. But these guys could be big names in the future. For young fighters they look very promising.

I bet that the main event is big news in Armenia, could be fun to know how big it is.

I forgot that Gevor is an Armenian.

They haven't had much to cheer about after the Darchinyan-Donaire fight. Although Kirakosyan spanked Johanesson.

Abraham says he's looking to fight in America next.

Gevour could very well be Abraham's hardest title defence.

Harder than Eastman or Miranda? If so I want to see this Gevor!

Gutted - I am going to Germany on Monday for 2 weeks and would have caught this if it was on next weekend.
