Dont think so Steve. Thought they might have ran it by us, mind you I'm probably being optimistic there. There was nothing contentious on the board whatsoever when it vanished. And, why wipe a board at 10.10pm?
Doesn't make sense.

Anyway, as a British Eastside moderator I know that many people will be so delighted by my full-time presence on Boxrec

Interesting stuff, i remember when Secondsout.com forum closed unexplainably there was a buzz going round that allegedly had something to do with it. How does he do it? Is he that sad he goes round issuing libel suits at every forum that questions his regime?!

secondsout was closed by threats from warren's lawyers I'm pretty sure - at least they'd issued some warnings prior to it closing, due to "technical difficulties"

No idea what's happened to eastside though...

Yes any threads that critisised his bills, or Hatton's matchmaking, were usualy deleted by secondsout admin, after a few e-mails from warren's lawyers.
He's obviously very sensitive to critisism so wouldn't be suprised if he tried it here ( or eastside ) a poster called "snoopy" is some guy from his office who keeps an eye on things I think...

I fail to see what lawsuit would stand up in court that would prevent
a writer or contributor to a forum from criticising a fighter, that's
complete cobblers.

What can happen to a website however, is that their writers get barred from all promotions, I know people that has happened to from boxing-central. Bennie didn't boxing news have a brief ban fairly recently from someone's shows? It was mentioned in Claude's column at one point I believe.
