Rivera confirmed for James Hare

WBF welterweight champion James Hare makes the third defence of his title against Mexico's Cosme Rivera at the Huddersfield Sports Centre on December 4. Rivera hasn't fought for a year, but holds a win over American Golden Johnson and brings a record of 25-7-2 (17) to the fight. He's never been stopped.
Steve Roberts also continues his comeback on the bill against Darren Rhodes.

If Cosme has been fighting the likes of Golden Johnson then surely he's not really a welterweight?

Golden Johnson is a very underated fighter IMO - but yes, it does sound like Hare's opponent is not a fully fledged Welter.
