Witter v Harris: round by round?
Witter was looking VERY good in the first three rounds (I switched over).
Harris was showing ambition but did look weight drained and very lethargic in the ringside introductions. I was certain Witter would win seeing them there.
Will like to see the rest of it, was brewing nicely.
Simpson vs Morris is shaping up well, Simpson 2-0 up in rounds for me, Morris with a bad cut also. Setanta have found a decent ringside commentator in Alex Arthur - much better than Duke and Jacobs.

Thanks for the rbr. By the sounds of it Witter has sent out a clear message to all at 140lbs, i just hope he takes on another good 'name' oponent next. Mallignagi would be best, but also fighting Rees for his title would be a good option. He would really mark his name on the division if he held 2 belts, and Hatton would have a hard job 'refusing' him a pay day any longer!
Hatton is very unlike'ly to be next for Witter though. Win or loose against Mayweather i doubt Hatton would fight again until April 2008.

I don't think he'll get Rees as FW is unlikely t work with another British promoter and certainly not when his fighter would probably lose. Malignaggi could be a possibility though, because neither one of them has a tonne of options at light welter. The only problem is Malignaggi still has to give N'dou his rematch.

Does he why? 120-106 was a bit too close?ArtOfWar wrote:I don't think he'll get Rees as FW is unlikely t work with another British promoter and certainly not when his fighter would probably lose. Rematch clause in the contract.Phenomenal-Nutrition wrote:Does he why? 120-106 was a bit too close?ArtOfWar wrote:I don't think he'll get Rees as FW is unlikely t work with another British promoter and certainly not when his fighter would probably lose.
