How Harris must regret now listening to Manny Steward, and letting himself get talked out of that nice fat payday to face Hatton.

He's made peanuts in his career, and it's highly unlikely he's going to get a big payday now.
Although he was offered 750k to face Hatton he only would have received around 50k for the fight because of signing a bad contract

Harris is coming across as a twat BUT what fighter doesnt make excuses for a loss? He must be devastated right now and is looking for reasons other than NO I'm just not good enough - which is the sad reality hes facing. Boxings the toughest sport out there for guys like Harris
yeah but it's downright offensive. Witter has done things the honest, long, hard, avoided route and then he has to hear this? Also, who do these fvckers think they are telling us that we don't do things properly over here?

Hes just shit talking to save face though isnt he? What fighter doesnt grasp at straws for excuses when they lose? All hes doing is looking for excuses, I havent seen many fighters who dont look for them

Thats absolutly shocking, I can't find it on the net though where's the sorse?

If he had a problem observing witters hands being wrapped why didn't he tell the WBC official at the event? Legaly they have a right to do that. It just doesn't ring true.

Of course excuses are almost always made, but keep them within the realms of believability and with a touch of sportsmanship. Harris could have said any of the time-honoured excuses such as being weight-drained, ill, injured, distracted by external events, etc. He could even have stuck with Ingle entering the ring because that IS a valid point, but he loses all credibility with the rest of the trash.

Whether or not he has, Harris has made himself look like an utter graceless pratt.

He plainly thought all he had to do was turn up and bowl over the British fighter. The arrogance of your typical US based fighter who hasn't the sense to check what they are up against.
apparently Vivian is upset with Shaw, who didn't even bother to visit Harris in the dressing room after the fight....i don't think they'll be working together for much longer

If your angling for one last pay day you may aswell go for broke and talk as much trash as you can. Particularly when most of the people listening will not have seen the fight (like Eastman caliming he was robbed vs Joppy).
