the murders of Cody Koch and "Jesse" James Hughes

Has anyone heard if the killers of these two guys were ever brought to justice?

It looks as if Koch was killed during a bar fight, but I don't know what happened to Hughes.

Hughes was found in a swamp. I don't recall the details though.
