Heres my bottom four:
-Sharron Briggs (never beat a noteworthy fighter, and won a questionable descion in his title fight)
-Leon Spinks (won from a far past prime Ali, and then somehow lost it back to him)
-James J Braddock(lost 1/3 of his fights, won in a match where Baer didn't put out his best effort to say the least. Took forever to defend his title, which he lost the first time out, I can't believe he's in the Hall of Fame)
-Buster Douglass (One great night and that was it)
