Have any of you guys seen him fight...if so what was he like?

I have looked at his record, just am curious about his style and
skills. As he was considered, atleast in 1977 a man who had a
shot at the title...in an era when Evangelista went the distance
against the champ Ali and Jimmy Young losses his challenge in
a close and arguable decision..

I believe I saw him fight Leon Spinks. 30 years ago and I was a kid. But I don't recall him being anything to write home about.

Good jab with decent movement, but he had very little power and he ran out of gas against Spinks. A decent Euro HW for the period and pretty good size too as I recall.
