A Vote for the PacMan

Manny has the power, durability, and could keep the pressure on Willie to make him work and eventually tire him. He wouldn't fight him in the middle of the ring. Great determination and heart too

Pep would be too elusive. If he'd been driving the car, the accident wouldn't have happened in the first place.
Wow.

I've only seen clips of Pep's third and fourth fights with Saddler, so I can't really judge who would or wouldn't beat him, let alone at his best. I'll give Armstrong as a token name, though, I figure Hank at his best would have a good chance against anyone in Featherweight history.

To be fair to Pep; those fights took place after the aeroplane crash, when doctors told him that he would never fight again.

He had one leg shorter than the other & was not in his prime.

Prime Pep is the greatest featherweight ever, although Armstrong would have given him fits.

Agree. Pep would have to keep Manny off of him and he didn't have the punch to do so, Pep would lose by late KO just like Barrera.
