what about?

Quality picks for 2004, but couldn't help notice a couple of California kids left off everyone's list:

at 125, southpaw Jose Perez Jr., he's already defeated Bey and Garcia before, with strong 4th round finishes. Can't count him out in that tough weight class.

at 152, speedy Timothy Bradley., currently ranked #2, not very consistent, but capable of putting together a top notch performance and beating anybody if he's on his "A" game.

I do think 106 is taken (Austroberto Juarez)

, and the introduction from the JO's of Victor Ortiz will be an interesting name in the mix to add to the hurdles for Vicente Escobedo, who is also tough to beet when he's on his "A" game.

Should be a strong team when all is said and done, hopefully the AIBA refs and judges don't hold the war in Iraq against them. Judging from the recent World Championships, it may be a short trip to Athens for USA.
