Manchesters Weekly boxing show Seconds out returns tonight @ 7.30 on Channel M.
The last series had Champion Boxers Ricky Hatton , Jamie Moore , Carl Thompson, Mike Brodie plus prospects John Murray , Anthony Crolla , Steven Bell.
The show has interviews with the local fighters and covers both Professional and Amateur.
The show also has coverage from local shows.

Due to a Technical fault last nights 7.30 showing was not shown.
It has being shown today but for anyone who missed it here are the times of the repeat showings over the weekend.

To see the show it will be on Sat 6th Oct 00.30 , 11.30 , 1400 and shown again on Sunday 7th Oct 12 midday and later on in the evening at 19.30.

Frank Bruno is on the show along with The Murray brothers John and Joe.

i used to watch it but it got polluted with too much shite unlicensed boxing

yeh this show was a load of rubbish near towards the end has the same fighters on every other week give some of the other manchester boxers a show
