I was thinking about the thread we had on sparing rumers and stuff not so long ago and was wondering if it was known who the sparing partner who had cut george forman in the run up to the fight was?

yeah right!!!

Rumours do the circuit all the time - problem is even if those rumours are correct about a boxer getting knocked down sometimes it is not as BIG as story as it seems - one fighter might be trying different things out - or not feel up to it because of a hard training schedule - the viable excuses could go on.
