I got the call this morning but no details.

Dawson injured (dislocated/broke) his rib sparring Peter Kariuki on Tuesday. Geale is now fighting Lee Oti over 6 rounds.

Alan Luxford is also off the show & replaced by Roberto Oyan.

Brett Smith is replacing Hoppa to - NSW Heavy title.

Thanks Anton.

if he had a heart problem he wouldnt have been such a superstar muay thai/kickboxer would he dickhead hes fought people that are alot more intimidating than geale do some research before you comment and make yourself look like a f-ing idiot... its not his fault hes fought some guys that have nbo cred he beat whoever was put infront of him. but i suppose you think geales victorys are real impressive dont you

haha wateva man.. try not to have a heart attack yourself.. and if you were to read what i wrote immediately after i was informed as to why he pulled out you would see i apoligised.. Even dawsons number 1 fan would have to concur that looking at who he has fought in boxing then pulling out twice before a step up in class like geale would appear as if he was unsure if he would retain his 0..

Not much point fighting if you are not 100%

Seems Geale is fighting that poor Oti bastard instead. No title involved.

Dont think they will both get there, This sort of fight is good for Aussie boxing and brings the standard of our Boxing up.
If our fighters at least beat the best this country has to offer then it can only help when they get a chance at a world title.

On another post it says the fight has been postponed to December because of a rib injury to Geale. Somebody will have a Merry Christmas.

I'm pretty sure it was Dawson who pulled out, Geale is still supposed to be fighting...

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. You would think the Rock would be pretty confident after the Solopov win and ready to go so I hope its genuine. But you know the old saying, fool me once...
