How can he be #10????

He hasn't beat anyone. Hes even ahead of Rahman and Wlad Klich.

Both have beaten big name opponents exp(Lewis, Byrd) and Lewis and Byrd hold #1 and #2 spot.

Joe Mesi has beaten noone. He fights 4 more bums He'LL BE #1!!!!

Hes fought no one so doesn't deserve to be top 10

Another unfortunate quirk in the current BoxRec rankings system - you get penalized more for losses (even close losses) to highly-ranked guys than you do for beating stiffs.
