How exactly has Foster earned a world title shot?

Interim WBO...pretty far fetched to call it a world title.

And didn't you know, Foster is a former world champion.

Am in edinburgh, its getting billed up here AS current world champion versus Former champion.If foster wins this he is a two weight world champ, lol
