Darnell Wilson will only get a title shot if he gets himself in the mandatory position, none of the title holders would be willing to meet him in a voluntary.

Enzo Maccarinelli has been left looking for an opponent
Enzo Maccarinelli's fight with Ezra Sellers on 3 November has been blocked by the British Boxing Board of Control.
WBO cruiserweight champion Maccarinelli was due to face the veteran American on the undercard of the Joe Calzaghe - Mikkel Kessler fight in Cardiff.

But Sellers has been refused clearance by the BBBC and the Welshman must now find a new opponent.

"Sellers has boxed only once in three years," Board general secretary Simon Block told the South Wales Echo.

606: DEBATE
Who should Enzo Maccarinelli fight?

He added: "Before that, he suffered some substantial defeats in 2004, albeit to good men, and on that basis we thought he was not suitable for a world title fight - and the WBO agreed with us."

Around 55,000 people are expected to attend the Calzaghe - Kessler fight at the Millennium Stadium next month.

Promoters Sports Network confirmed to BBC Sport that they are still seeking a suitable replacement to face the Swansea fighter.

Possible opponents include Darnell Wison, Vincenzo Cantatore and Giacobbe Fragomeni.

Surely Herbie has to be next in line, I know hes got warrants on him, but surely a clever bloke like Frank can sort somat owt. If I was a betting man I'd be putting my money on Rob Calloway getting the call.

Well I had my money on Calloway before Sellars, so I stick with it. He'll be on weight - having fought at the beginning of the month.

He's active and he's been collecting regional belts I believe at the weight.

He's no mug, clearly Enzo would be expected to flatten him, but he's game and shouldn't be regarded as Bobby Gunn MKii.

Calloway is a reasonable fighter at 200lbs.

Calloway turned it down. I think the next fight is he'll go for Frag in the hope he can beat him in more impressive fassion than Haye. If that does happen that is a resonable replacement.

Frag was the other one I looked at, but I suppose alot depends on what kind of shape he is in (he hasn't fought in 3 months and he hasn't got anything in the pipeline), but he'd be an excellent late stand in.

Get Hide over, so that Enzo can smoke the Herb!!

I thought Fragomeni had a fight with Hide lined up, not that he wouldn't give that up for a title shot but then Calloway turned it down as he was earning more on the American club circuit.

Not that that shouldn't be criticised, can't see Calloway getting another title shot at this stage in his career.

If haye win's and vacates as he said he will do all bets are off in terms of the cruzer title situation as two of the big three titles will be vacant so Calloway being an american with some following may fancy hanging around.

Frag-Hide was mandated for the vacant wank Euro title, but I don't think anything came of it. Hopefully Frags in decent shape if hes been sparring with 'The Gifted One', it'll be interesting to use him as a yardstick to compare Haye and Enzo (although Frag had a full training camp for Haye)

There you go. I of course take full credit for getting on to Simon Block to chastise him about Sellars "world-title" credentials, and fair play to him and the BBBC for having the balls to stand up to SN.

Also, I said Frag or Canta, I hope I'm right there too!!

Ding doesn't HAVE to be the more skilled fighter against this guy. All he he has to do is get ONE solid punch in and this shaky chinned hype job will fold like an accordian.

And he will get that punch in - which is why Warren and Maccarinelli don't want to be in the same ARENA with him, let alone the same ring!

Max Molyneux: He was a novice himself when KO'ed by Lee Swaby.

At least you achknowledge Mac has the better skills.

Yes you will have to be skilled to land a punch on Enzo's chin. A year or so ago I would of agreed but Enzo's Improved alot.
Then the Ding a Ling man replies to me.

Well since I'm just a caveman with no skill throwing hayemakers, why

the fornicate has Warren gone to 4 other guys besides me when I was

willing to accept the minimum $ and options.

You guys highly underrate my skills, I'm a proven master of timing

and that I'm a bigger puncher than Bell and Mormeck(check common

opponents). Good thing for Enzo's health that Warren doesn't think like

a caveman like some of the posters here. When I had those 4 loses I

fought with a major physical impairment thats well documented across

the web. I've been getting treatment for it since mid last year when it

was discovered, hence the recent KO's over world class opposition.
Then I respond back to the Ding.
I didn't say you had no skill.

You seem to like to trade more than box and that works to your advantage because your chins solid and you can bang because you stay flat footed to put your full weight Into the punch. You mention your power too much In your posts and do seem power reliant as well.

Just because Frank might think Enzo could lose doesn't mean Enzo would lose or agree with Frank.

Enzo hits as hard as you at the least as well.

Not saying your telling lies or not but some sites have you down as a possible choice for Enzo, yet you think he's looking elsewhere.

No offence either but you got to Dale Brown and Davis by the time they were not world class contenders even though you are a solid top 10.

Problems In the ring or not, you didn't have to fight with those physical Impairments.

Wilson's acting like a dumb arsed keyboard warrior. Why don't they just beat up this fat yank? Come on Warren, bring in Wilson & have Enzo batter him!

Has a replacement been decided on yet?

If Ding-a-Ling is willing, then it makes Maccarinelli look like a coward if he doesn't fight him. Why not? He's the best fighter available and willing to accept the money and options. He's a good fighter, but Enzo CAN defeat him...

Do you guys still not have a clue as to why Warren has gone to 8 other fighters besides me?? Oh, I forgot, it would be to easy for Enzo. LOL

Yes you're right, I'm quite a retard. I just need love. 8)

BTW, I totally respect you guys heavily supporting your man. He's a much improved fighter.

Bobby Gunn emailed me today, begging me to promote the fact he's prepared to fly at his own expense to the UK, fight a 10 round non-title fight, winner takes all. Providing the referee doesn't step in the minute he sees blood.

No seriously, he did.

Did I tell you about the joke he told me the other day by text.....
