Clavero's record 27W 5L 1D 13KOs.
Losses to Paul Briggs and Sam Soliman, and his draw was with Ruben Acosta.
Any updates on Mundines eye injury?
I wonder who will win this fight? Mmmm I wonder?

absolute no justification what so ever for this crap.
I'm not sure if you are taking the piss here or not but I can't see that GM has gone overboard. This is another VERY average opponent for Mundine's so called Title defence. If Mundine couldn't see / isn't fit he wouldn't and shouldn't fight. This is another bad fight / mismatch Mundine has accepted, end of story.why wrote:GM #1 wrote:why- ridiculous post

i dont haver to cop that abuse from you I thought this was a place to talk boxing not be poked fun at
if you dont agree say so no need to go overboard
I only just started posting on boxing forums is this a regular thing
That people who dont agree go to this length. If I was chuck norris i would reach through the computer screen and rip your heart out. I cannot take this anymore i have had a very hard childhood and cannot accept the abuse from you I will leave this board now and never to return
This is exactly how I feel. I have been a Mundine fan but there is only so much I can take. There are so many class fighters in his division there is NO excuse to be taking such ridiculous match-ups ESPECIALLY for a "world title fight". I will probably watch this fight just for the .5% chance mundine gets KOed and the WBA belt is lost to a boxer barely scraping into the top 100.GM #1 wrote:still doesn't change the fact nothing can justify this joke of an opponent.
if your fit you fight, if not don't- no in between.
same message to you too convict. stop making crap excuses for an absolute pathetic opponent. obviously I am a green fan but I like to see choc do well also but this is why so many people hate him.

I thought Soliman II was a good fight but yeah I agree. Green and the 2nd Soliman fight have been the only stand out wins against quality opposition. I guess you could count Echols as well if you wanted to.Ross wrote:Bushboy wrote:id say its more like khoder nasser has an agreement with a couple of ratings board members.. hmmm
I think that Mundine hand picks his opponents to past the point of rediculous and I believe what we should do is just not support his fighs whihc is what I do. Havnt bought a mundine fight since I bought the Green/Mundine fight
If he can't defend his title against a worthy opponent then the title shouldnt be on the line.why wrote:mundines eye whilst not 100% is getting better
after his shoulder injury and then eye injury I guess you cannot ask for miracles
Hahaha I forgot about that, didn't he still have the bullet in him?Marlin wrote:Echols was shot (literally) and Mundine looked bad in that fight anyway. Good name but that is about it.
Mate, let's be realistic here. There is easy fights and then there is absolute jokes. There are many, many other oppenents that Mundine could fight for a tune up that at least give a faint impression of credibility. The fact is though, to be a great you need to take risks, something that Mundine seems extremely unwilling to do.freedomfighter wrote:for people who are'nt prize fighters must understand that boxing is a business, mundine needs to keep active be seen and (maybe not heard) choc is'nt the only fighter that takes easy fights they all do while they wait for a title shot or a fight thats worth money . And let's nor forget that this IS (supposed to be) a 'Title' fight.calmac66 wrote:Mate, let's be realistic here. There is easy fights and then there is absolute jokes.
