Australian Dual Meet in Oregon
141 lbs/64 kg: Danny Garcia, Philadelphia, Pa./USA stopped Todd Kidd, AUS, RSC
i think danny should be the 141 lb. olympian, molina is a great fighter dont get me wrong but garcia has alot more experience and is older stronger and more mature, and has international experience, i think he should be the olympian

I'm sure Danny, and others, also wish he was the Olympian - but he isn't, fair and square. We need to support ALL our Olympic team members, whether or not we agree with the ultimate results.
And considering there were other USA boxers on the dual meet team who did not have much, if any, international experience, or the overall experience of Danny Garcia, do you think they should be Olympians just because we swept the Australian team?

Who ever earned their way to the big show, it is what it is. Molina has in him what you cannot train, being fearless. He is so young, non of this fades him. In terms of attitude, he reminds me of Taylor from the 84' team. Same age and same spunk. This kid is so young, he will refuse to lose. I feel this kid will work until the job is done.

It seems that almost every time a show's promoter says you can't videotape the show, they don't offer a DVD of the show. It is really frustrating when it is being recorded with TV cameras and they still don't air it or offer it for sale. My son has boxed about a dozen times under such circumstances. One tourney actually sold the DVD and it was well produced. The others did not so I do not have those bouts recorded. Very annoying.
