Anybody seen Miguel's older brother Jose Miguel fight. He's 26 years of age and has a 21-0 with 14 KO's. He's faught mainly as a Super feather although seems to be focusing on Lightweight now.
However, his best win is against Fernado Bobby boy Valdarez (a Super Bantam) which was a split decision. So, while there no doubt he has some talent (cause Valderez would still give most in the world problems) he obviously doesn't have the talent of his brother though.
However, haven't we heard the same about a certain heavyweight brothers, the younger one was supposed to be the prospect - the older one came through.
I think Cook vs Cotto would be interesting (there you go Kilburn).

I've said it before. I like Cotto alot but I'll reserve judgement until he gets a good clock on the chin, plus, I can't wait to see how he reacts when someone takes him out of his rhythm, ie makes him fight at their pace and not allow him to dissect them with surgical precision as he has been able to do to so far.
Woooh guys, I was talking about Jose Miguel Cotto, the older brother of the Lightwelter.
He fights at Lightweight.
Please read the thread.
Anyway, my remarks about Jose vs Cook were simply in gest as Kilburn noted that I always find some way to mention a British fighter in an topic probably more suited to the general forum, like mentioning Macrennelli, Nelson, Hobson and Thomspon for the newly vacated IBF Cruiser belt.
I aint seen this Cotto in action, but even if he's only an eigth og the fighter Jnr is, he'll beat Cook.
