Eastman turns 37 that day. Do you think, with everybody having written him off & his career looking over, this is the night he finally brings it & lays it all on the line?
Or is that wishful thinking, and Eastman will once again be so super cool that he doesnt have to show any passion for his work, get outpunched and drop a decision and call it 'a robbery'.
Or does Duddy, a guy who got into a war with a washed up old welter like Campas, bang out the Battersea Bomber?
I want Eastman to win (dont think you can quite say 'finally brings it' in this case tho) just to put to bed all this talk of Fuddy-Duddy being a world beater....
Once he gets bashed by Howard no one will care what nationality he is!
Finally, a big name who will stand in & trade with Eastman. That suits the old boy down to the ground. I was ringside for Eastmans kayo of Richard WIlliams and hes a right canny old bag of tricks still. Dont know how serious he is taking this though, and whether he'll prepare out in Guyana alone yet again.
