I seriously cannot remember the last time I was this enthused about the sport. What a great couple of month's we're having in November and December with 3 of our guys fighting the top guys in their division. I am salivating at the thought of seeing Haye tonight then Cotto v Mosley after. The bird is not very happy "all you do lately is watch boxing" well nobody is making you come round here sweetheart! ;)
I don't recall a better time for British Boxing let's hope it continues!

Yeah that final was something else, downloaded it earlier in the week. One of the best fights I have seen in a long time. It's been a long time coming though as far as The Contender is concerned I was always disappointed with it until now.Terry D wrote:Yeah, can't wait for tonight as well. Cotto might be beaten as well. I'd prefer a Cotto win but Shane is a smooth operator. But did the 2nd Vargas win flatter him?
Amazing year so far. Even the 'Contender' was worth watching. Awesome final.
I have a feeling the Vargas fight flattered Mosley too, he didn't look half as good against Collazo. Vargas should not be fighting he's shot to shit, Mayorga is going to tear him a new one I reckon. Favouring Cotto slightly tonight but it's close.
Wish it was 7.45 already!

Pity there was not all this boxing on when I was 22, the late weekends are killing me these days, can't miss Cotto-Shane live though.
Vargas-Mayorga is a freak show, I'm sure I'll watch it though. Hope Vargas wins then retires.
