Alex Arthur takes on a British trainer...

Alex Arthur will be trained in this country by Dean Powell. He will still travel to Los Angeles for training stints with Freddie Roach.
"I am going to work with top English coach Dean Powell at home here in Britain when Freddie can't be here," said Arthur. "Dean will work with me in my corner whenever Freddie is unable to come over here.
"He has a great boxing pedigree and is highly rated both within the fight game and by my promoter allegedly who recently made Dean his chief matchmaker.
"Dean has a wealth of experience at the highest level and I respect him a lot."

Whenever I see a fighter "under-perform" or look poor - they always seem to have him Powell in their corner.
