Has Froch ever been down - as an amateur?

Both Froch and Calzaghe seem to have great chins, so if they ever did meet it'd make for a probable war of attrition come the later rounds.

It's certainly the fight I'd most like so see, despite the fact it's ultimately unlikely to happen now.

Froch vs Kessler is presumably a probability at some point?

Froch Lacy would be a good one, there are any number of resonable fighters around.

His chin's his best asset, closely followed by a powerful dig.

A fight between him and Bika would be a corker, they seem to be on about the same level.

Fair play for your comment about the British fighter but I expect being a Dane you supported Mikkel - If its Kessler/Froch at sometime I will certainly be gunning for Kessler - Hes a decent guy and has won over many British fans including myself - I would love to see Mikkel deck Froch.

As a pro they brought in Light Heavies & lads almost half a stone over the weight whilst Carl was always around 12stone regardless.

I think this has helped his confidence with taking shots too.

The only thing we'll be seeing is how good Carls punch power is. I reckon theres a good chance this could happen for a vacant title when JC fcuks off and Froch sparks Inkin

I'm in full agreement their mate. I normally like a fellow country man to win, and I'd support Froch against most SMW's, but Kessler is a real decent guy whereas Froch is a dickhead.

Yeah I suspect that The Tower of London would be full up to the rooking rafters over this matchup.
