Ain’t that the pot callin the kettle black.
I couldn’t tell who was who in the photo.

“Chicken” Calzaghetori robbed Robin Reid nearly five years ago and never gave him a return.
No return for Byron Mitchell either, who was robbed with a quick hometown stoppage right after putting the “chicken” on his ass. :(

He should throw Frank’s paper title in the trash for what it is worth and get in line for Ottke’s more respected titles. He could prove his case better by beating more of Ottke’s leftovers like Larsen & Mundine.
For Christ sake at least try & win the EBU title which is valued more internationally. :o

He’s just a big fish in a tiny bowl, nothing more.

Will McIntyre, Miguel Jimenez, Tocker Pudwill, Mger Mkrtchyan..(cough, cough, ...gag)

Sorry if I’ve offended anyone , but I just get tired of Joe’s challenges when his actions speak louder and contradicts his smack talk. :x

Calzaghe is turning into a little bitch. The guys always moaning about Ottke not fighting him.

Sven Ottke would CRUSH Calzaghe anytime.

Calzaghe is a little pipsqueek who has been protected by Warren

Compare Calzaghe's last 5 to Sven's and tell me which guy is the REAL WARRIOR.

Calzaghe should be the one retiring and leave the fighting to guys like SVEN OTTKE!

How? You think when Ottke's power punches ( :o ) and Calzaghe's chin combine there is going to be fireworks? No chance, i aint no big Calzaghe fan but if they ever met he would stop Ottke within 6.

So why doesn't Calzaghe (who's so hungry for a fight and the chance to unify) put up his WBO title against Robin Reid's WBF title, since Reid was the guy who supposedly beat (or at least was even with) Ottke in his last fight.

Yes - Ottke will "CRUSH" Calzaghe around the time that Joe Mesi becomes "the Next Great Heavyweight Champion of the world".

Question: Does a "REAL WARRIOR" need a referee to stop his opponent from punching him?

Question: Will Snottke going to bring his mum to the next bout - you know, just in case things get a bit lairy.

Question: Where do you get your drugs? That is some good stuff you have.

Calzaghe has obviously looked at Ottke's last fight like the rest of us and realised he is definately ready to go more so than ever. If i was Calzaghe i would certainly go to Germany and fight him, i would even take a massive pay cut to do so, this is his best chance to beat a guy with a good record in a unification matchup and can you really see Ottke managing to get through 12 rounds with Calzaghe's relentless aggression and constant punching! Not a chance in hell. Ottke though i doubt will fight him, he said recently he didn't want to fight Joe because, wait for it: "He wasn't interested in winning the WBO belt!" Lol :D :D

Ottke is now fighting purely for his pension. He doesn't want to get hurt. He clearly doesn't care about what anyone thinks about him. he's trying to make a living. Obviously he knows that he has his haters but i get the impression he couldn't care less. has he even said ANYTHING about the Reid fight at all?

he just strikes me as the sort of guy who isn't interested in trash talk, totally ignores the controversy surrounding his fights, as if nothing happened, isn't interested in addressing his critics, 'beats' the opponents and moves on, forgets them, without even a thought to the possibility of a rematch.

yet another facet to the long list of reasons why i can't stand him.

Dutch what was his interview like after the reid fight? did he even do one?

Read my post again Steve,
That’s what I’ve been saying for quite awhile. :o
The WBO means nothing in the real world. :-?
Outside of Britain, Germany, Italy & Puerto Rico it is seen as a lesser European title, nothing more. 8)

It has nothing to do with the WBO belt. It has something to do with proving who the best fighter in the division is.

Sorry, am i getting done for plageurism here or what?! :D 8) I doubt it's as much do with the WBO meaning shit outside certain countries, more like Ottke being scared of fighting Calzaghe IMO.
