STUART MaCFADYEN – Lost for the first time on Sunday when he was stopped in round 5 against Gavin Reid and is now 7-1. The popular bantamweight was topping in his own town for the first time and after a good opening round seemed to tire under both the pressure of the event and the opponent, by the fifth there was nothing left and his corner pulled him out to fight another day which will be at the same venue as the atmosphere was electric.
CHRIS JOHNSON – Has improved greatly since his debut loss and won every round against Peter Dunne including a 10-8 one in the last when he dropped him with a quality right hook. Chris now moves to 5-1 and we hope to get him another job before the end of the year.
JACK ARNFIELD - Had a 4th round KO against the normally durable Lance Varallio and the 18 year old looked a quality prospect in only his 2nd pro fight which came just 4 weeks after his debut .The reward for this win was a slot on the 8th December bill in Wigan – lucky boy !!
8th DECEMBER IN WIGAN – The bill is coming along nicely and will be posted in full shortly. We have just seen a video of Jamie Moore’s opponent and after winning fight of the year in 2005 and 2007 we are booking our trip for 2008 – this is going to be explosive.
