Benefit charges have been dropped against world champion boxer Takaloo after his wife pleaded guilty.
The prosecution offered no evidence against Iranian-born Mehrdud Takalobigashi, 31, of Upper Park, Loughton, Essex.
His wife, Sarah Takalobigashi, 30, of Gainsborough Avenue, Margate, admitted falsely claiming social security, housing and council tax benefits.
She is due to be sentenced at Canterbury Crown Court on 14 December.
Takaloo holds the WBU welterweight title which he won against former Ricky Hatton opponent Eamonn Magee last year.
He had been jointly charged with his wife.
