You have Johnny from Middleton,NJ. He is from Middletown,NJ. As far as I know he still resides in Middletown, but just in a really expensive section afer his bouts on ESPN and Showtime.(Bon Jovi,Derek Jeter,Bruce Springsteen,among others)I also heard that MSG paid him 65,000 if he gaurenteed to fight on that channel next yr.
