I had a dream the other night Hatton won. For some reason in my dream I saw the result before being able to watch the fight. After the fight I congratulated Ricky. But then I watched the fight.....
Ricky completely dominated the first 3 rounds bringing fire throwing 100punches a round, backing Mayweather to the ropes and landing hurtful punches. I was amazed how Ricky managed to dominate these rounds. However from the 4th-12th Mayweather picked the fading Hatton apart clearly winning all of those rounds. The cards ended up reading in Ricky's favour of 116-112 and 117-111 scores.
So would you feel if this happens and Ricky Hatton gets a gift?
I had a dream Hatton won AND what if Hatton gets a gift?

Hope your dream happened last Friday night and you told someone on Saturday, because "Fridays dream on Saturday told will surely come true however old" - I think the reverse will happen, Floyd will dominate early on and Ricky will be behind on points before landing a crippler - I think its possible Mayweather may retire in his corner with busted ribs - Rickys not going to lose and say he didnt know Mayweather was that good or that fast - He has studied, I would assume, every Mayweather fight they can get their hands on - Ricky has great ability to spot things others may have missed - As he says himself, there will be no excuses, every last thing has been done in his preparation for this fight - He says he is 200% confident of winning which is far greater than his confidence was when he fought and beat Tszyu - You have to wonder why, surely Mayweather is the tougher kookie to crack but Ricky apparently doesnt think so - He and Graham are both confident they can pull it off, so they must know how best to achieve it - Graham wasnt at all happy when Ricky fought Collazo - Ricky will win.

Nah the dream was the night before last
Why do so many Ricky Hatton fans think he'll win by a bodyshot ko? Hes fighting the best defensive fighter hes ever faced whos 1 of the most durable fighters hes ever faced. If Ricky couldn't score bodyshot KOs against Collazo, Urango, Phillips, Tackie, Vilches, why would he be able to land a clean shot on Mayweathers ribs? Mayweather isnt easy to land on to the body or head.
I would think it is far more likely Hatton would win a UD by outworking Mayweather than win by bodyshot KO. Anythings possible in boxing but I wouldnt see this as very likely at all.

I hope he doesn't, because he's going to get schooled if he does. Anyone trying to outbox/outfox Mayweather in any way is going to get beat. Constant aggression is the only way Hatton can win this fight, because anytime he's not in Floyd's chest he'll be way out of his league.STP wrote:Rematch at City of Manchester Stadium.
Hatton has said he's going to pick his shots more for six rounds though.
