WIGAN BILL EXTRA FIGHT ANY REASON?

Apparently Jason Booth gets to fight for the Commonwealth Bantamweight title against the youngster Matthew Edmonds.

Is this just an extra or is something off, Sky are only advertising two fights, McDonnel/Edwards and Nuumbembe/Watson, what has happened to Woolcombe/Portman, is this still on.

Heard that Munroe/Laryea is not on now but again only what I have heard.

Hope Woolcombe is still on have no problem seeing two guys get a chance for the British title who otherwise might not have done.

I know a few of the lads involved in the bill post here can anyone confirm what is on and what is off out of the above.

Yeh it is an extra fight. It was originally going to be a british No1 contender fight. But because the title was relinquished, this is the turn out. Literally only a couple of days notice.

I think Edmonds will totally overpower Booth. He is made for Edmonds. Edmonds will not have to look for Booth, and when he comes he will not know what hit him.

And never discount a Booth brother. Tough little fellas the pair of them. And talented too.
