He has a good job, does Ben. He was out in France for the entire rugby world cup, too.

To Ben's left is Paul Hayward - one of the few national newspaper journalists who actually deserves his junket to Vegas as he covers the sport when he can. Good bloody journo.

Seriously, though, I work in education and if ever there was an example of how people in this sector shoot themselves in the foot all the time, here it is.

How much good PR could the college have got by getting photo opps with Ricky and the students, etc? Depends how much time she was asking off for but a couple of days is hardly going to matter...
