Any news on Eastman-Duddy
Any news on Eastman-Duddy
As you all know I only joined this forum a few days ago and have a made a lot of unnecessarry noise since.....
My whole reason for joining was that I couldnt believe people were backing Duddy.
Is there any more news from the weigh-in today? How did the Bomber look. Is my 3-1 safe?
And by the way, Elcock-Abraham. What a nonsense. Could be over in about 6.

Re: Any news on Eastman-Duddy
Your 3-1 was down the shítter as soon as you put it on! I heard from someone who seen him in the gym last week that he was huffing and puffing after 6 minutes on the pads and physically seemed to be four weeks away from been ready.Maelstrom wrote:As you all know I only joined this forum a few days ago and have a made a lot of unnecessarry noise since.....

I think Duddy will outwork him but it's not a forgone conclusion. As i said i was surprised at the height disparity standing next to the pair yesterday, Duddy is a lot shorter than he looks on TV and walks with a strange sort of limp, not sure what that's all about.
A packed undercard, everyone came in on the weight, a couple of IBF alphabelt fights and two debutants plus two Irish title bouts. Looking forward to it.

Duddy throws lots of punches, Eastmans work-rate is non existent. Howard when he fought Joppy was one of my favorite fighters, since then hes been absoloutly shite. Terrible work-rate, McCracken hasnt got a clue in my opinion, its his fighter, get it drummed into his fighters head to throw god damn punches, he has lost fights what were therr for the taking cause of inactivness. So damn frustrating...

will you final give Duddy credit if he wins? I doubt it!silkov wrote:Duddys people probably think that his workrate will prevail in this, but I really see Eastman winning providing he brings some of his old form in with him.... I wouldnt be surprised to see Duddy winning a close and controversial decision though....

9 rounds gone. duddy is on top. i reckon he's probably won 7 rounds. he's controlling with the jab, first with the punch nearly every time. 5 was a good round for howard. caught him with a couple of nice shots. eastman has good defence and duddy hasn't been able to break him down. 10th and last round starting now
