Hatton-PBF Help please!

Ive just tried to get the PPV on Sky Box Office and I cant cos it says I have 'insufficient credit', something I've not seen before. It directs me to a phone number that's engaged. Im getting increasingly angry now. Has anyone had a similar problem or can give me any advice? Or even a livestream somewhere?

Any help much appreciated

Its a direct debit and they just add on the box office stuff! I havent ordered box office stuff for ages anyway.

I had the same problem when I first had Sky installed. I got on the phone to them and they sorted it,

Their phones are engaged with people with the same trouble as me I think. Ive been looking forward to this for a month and Im gonna have to listen on the bloody radio. Gutted
