Fcuk it, i'm on board with Pacquiao, he should not submit to any aditional tests that he does not want to. He's already obliged to give 3 blood tests under the rules of the Nevada State Atletic commission, additional to that he has said he will give as many urine tests as neccessary and at any time in the run up to the fight. In my opinion thats very reasonable of him. Mayweather cannot and should not be allowed to dictate terms in this manner, he's discrediting the sport and Pacquiao's reputation, we, the fans, should not put up with this sort of nonsense.
Latest news is that Pacquiao will sue Mayweather for defamation. Thats like sweet music to my ears, i hope he takes the little squirmy fcuker to the cleaners, and all his other croonies that bellowed Pacquiao was on steroids. Not one of them have any evidence whatsover, just the fact that Pacquiao has looked phenominal moving up in weight, and thats no evidence at all. Fcuk the lot of them and fcukm the lot of you that think Mayweather is in the right to request Olympic style testing with the organisation of his choice. If you side with that your doing the sport no credit whatsoever.
Boxing has been going down the tubes over the last decade, the last thing it needs is Mayweather punking out of yet another big fight, and yet agin taking no real stick from the fans or media. Its time we dealt with this supposed P4P#1. Shut up and fight or piss off back into retirement, i for one wont miss you!!!

as much as i dislike mayweather i think he is right on this issue.
pacman is either a freak of nature or he is on something and an innocent man brings suspicion on himself by refusing to take the tests that would clear him.
pac is saying taking blood would weaken him but it's only a spoonful...it's not as though they will be taking a pint just as he is getting gloved up.
pacman has been sensational for the sport but there are, unfortunately, drugs everywhere. he took those punches flush from cotto without blinking and that was extremely out of the ordinary.
he may just be superbly naturally talented (and he is until proven otherwise) but who can rely on the nevada state athletic commission when there are 100s of millions of dollars involved in this fight. if someone was going to cheat then they would like to know when the tests would be so they could use masking agents etc etc.

Hilarious this forum, ho ho ho.
Why do people get so pissy when one of their "heroes" is accused of something?
"He'd never do this, he'd never do that, you're all just a bunch of keyboard warriors, blah, blah, blah!"
Manny Pacquiao is a human being you know, the most destructive and disgusting species ever to walk the earth, a species which kills it's own to gain a foothold in the world, so what makes you think it wouldn't juice itself up to win at something as trivial as sport? Incredibly naive most people.
For what it's worth I believe a huge amount of successful athletes are taking some form of performance enhancing drug etc. but they never get caught - well actually they do but they just show the testers a big briefcase full of cash to make the test clear.
It wouldn't surprise me if Mayweather is on something too, looks a hell of a lot bigger than he did when he beat Hatton(you know when people where adamant that Hatton was the bigger man).
Some of you lot need to wake up and watch how the world goes round and you'll see it's not all rosy, far from it infact.
Happy boxing day

This is getting absurd now.
Someone described this as a witch hunt and that's exactly what it's turning into.
People are taking Manny's refusal to bend over at Floyd's request, way too far. Fair enough, get riled up about the existing testing sytem but don't lump the possibility that it's being abused entirely onto one man's shoulders, especially a man with a clean record.
Personally, I'm pragmatic about drug use in the sport, if it's open to abuse and easy to manage without detection, then logic would suggest that it's probably commonplace and most of the guys at the top would have used, or are using, something or other. Everyone's working within the same set of rules that govern what they can and can't get away with. If you don't like that, get angry with the system, not the fighter.

Thats the post post i've read on this entire thread. It should be glued like an advert to the main page of Boxrec, would help educate a few thousand moron's that seem to have Pacquiao strung up already!
There's far to many people crying foul play simply because Pacquiao's refusing to bend over to Mayweather's demand's. He's been the best thing in our sport over the last couple of years, or more, and look what we are doing to him now, and all because our supposed greatest ever P4P#1 is requesting never before heard of in boxing Olympic style drug tests. The guy who many feel is ruining the sport by not fighting the best competition over the last ten years, and now, he's at it again. Plain cold refusing the biggest challenge out there by INSISTING on OTT drug test demands. It pains me to watch so many people support his stance.
Pacquiao is ready to fight, he'd have signed the contract yesterday if he could. Mayweather is refusing to fight, he wont sign!!!
Get a fcuking grip people!!!

Nah, just saying it how it is, money makes the world go round, I'd keep my mouth shut if somebody offered me enough money.

That was a great post from charlie especially saying what this has now become, a witch hunt!
Good to see you ALI and a few others still have some intelligence and integrity left on here....i've actually been disgusted by some of the so called boxing supporters who have attacked Pacman with their glee and venom, a man who has made me and many others fall in love with boxing again.
He makes you passionate about the sport, something Mayweather has never done or attempted to do leaving most fans cold.
These posters are haters of anyone who is unique, i dont think you've even realised what you've done..your a pack of wolves pouncing on a innocent man...you may well have destroyed all Pacman has worked so hard to achieve since a boy of 10 out of jealousy and plain old hate.
Before when he won one fan would turn to another and say 'that pacman is amazing' but now they'll say 'you know he's on drugs don't you' and before you start shouting he should take the test....that wouldn't be good enough for you people as you would just say he cheated it somehow!
Yet another great man in history has been destroyed by hate.....i'm disgusted but more saddened then anything.
