Anyone have any idea on the capacity of this arena?

Haha na at times i am too critical on some of the matchroom shows. Admittedly if i was in Eddie's shoes i'd be doing the same thing in terms of from a business perspective. I think the problem is that quite often what a promoter is looking for and what a pure fan is wanting are in conflict by the very nature so it's easy to not be happy with shows or opponents.

No, I don't think he beats Mendez either, or Kaneko

13,500, but that's all 3 tiers, lower 2 are 10,000, don't know what the bottom tier holds, but I suspect that's all they've opened.

Leeds: the city centre is superb, most of the outskirts ... somewhat less so, MANY ghetto areas.

Leeds is a superb city. I think James has had a bad experience with a Yorkshireman recently. He's slated the accent, the cities, Rugby League...

Yeah I heard Sheffield was a bit rough but when I was there a few weeks back I thought it was quite nice, but like you say I only really hung around in the city centre. I'm fairly blessed living in a city like Bath tho.

 I just wind the Sheffield guys up on here because Naz and Kell Brook have slightly high voices. I love Yorkshire it's a superb county.

Rugby league tho. Boy do I hate that.

Only been past Bath on the train. The architecture was immense though.

Some of the highest crime rates in the UK are in the Leeds area so probably worse than 'most large cities then' AND very few city centres are as excellent as Leeds THUS the contrast seems greater

Bath? Yeah I think it's considered a bit of a middle-upper class city but I'm not absolutely sure why.
milpool wrote:Your future star player currently plays League.
I'd certainly like him to make a big impact but assuming a star rugby league player will make it in union is a common mistake. Iestyn Harris, Henry Paul and Wendell Sailor were superb league players who flopped in Union.
