I never changed the subject in the first place, but it does look like Degale could be the next Groves for Froch, could get messy, Degale can trash talk, with best of them.

Groves is always going to have stamina problems with that twitchy reflex style, it's just expanding a ton of unnessaracy energy. His and in particular Paddys comments in fight week look even more ridiculous now. There whole game plan was based around Froch not being able to get any better, they assumed zombie Froch from after the knockdown was the real Froch and refused to prepare for a better version, they thought all they had to do was turn up to win. Practising ridicolous walk ins 6 hours before you fight is more than narcissistic, even Naz wouldn't do that. His interview was worrying the day after he purely believes he was the better man in both fights, how you can you improve if you don't acknowledge your mistakes? He wasn't just caught he was pole axed by a superb punch that was beautifully set up by the supposedly inferior technical boxer, ludicrous delusion

Groves' interviews are just excruciating viewing. They always have been from the time he was calling out people from a park bench in Hammersmith on YouTube.

Unfortunately he's not the brightest of buttons, but thinks he is and likes to run his mouth. Carl is hardly brain of Britain but totally had him off on the Face Off before this fight.

Going on about how he was controlling the fight is nonsense, he was behind on 2 scorecards and we were going into Froch territory and he was far less tidy than he had been in earlier rounds. Froch paced himself well and made sure he didn't walk into anything stupid and waited for his moment which was bound to come in the latter 3rd of the fight just like it did last time.

Even his attempts to look humble are ridiculous "all credit to Carl for landing the shot" as if it was the only thing Froch did in the whole fight (or both fights if you believe the ginger space cadet)

He made bold proclamations about beating the best Carl Froch every day of the week, how Froch wouldn't see out the 3rd round and then there's the whole bus entrance with a 'dress rehearsal' a few hours before a fight. After all that he ends up flat on his back with his leg twisted all over the place - looking an absolute whopper.

Most people I know who know their onions had money on Froch to take him out somewhere between rounds 7 and 10 - I won a few quid on it myself - it was Froch/McCracken that got their plan right and executed it - Froch said he'd been working on knocking Groves out, and he delivered. Those punches aren't a fluke, fighters and trainers work on them for months and spend the fight setting them up - JMM's KO of Pacquiao is another example of exactly that.

Froch was better prepared and more able, and had the finishing ability when it counted, ginger bollocks didn't and no amount of interviews will change the cold hard facts. He got well and truly beaten and his 'legacy' will be that he was never able to beat Froch - that's what he's likely to be remembered for.

As for his trainer and his stupid hats/headbands - waste of space. There's a reason he's not in any decent pro's corner as a head trainer - and he's clearly just Groves' yes man. Some of the stuff he came out with when he's done absolutely fornicate all in the sport was just ridiculous, particularly given the class with which the far more accomplished McCracken conducted himself. Difference between a true pro and a daft amateur.

Whilst he might pick up a version of a strap from an ageing below elite 'champion' , Groves just isn't good enough to be amongst the very best at world level - he'll be a game opponent in some decent fights along the way and should probably focus on building a rivalry fight with DeGale in order to drum up some interest again.

He clearly hasn't learned his lesson though and we're going to see more absolute delusional egotistical nonsense from him for as long as he hangs around the sport.

He's like a bad British Broner.

As in Froch beats him twice and brutally KO's him?

"Though to be fair" sounds like a Froch quote lol, Froch kept telling Groves something about moving on and not harping on about the past i.e the controversial stoppage in the first fight, maybe Froch should move on now and forget Groves or maybe he just can't ? longer terms sports psychology ?
Give him a chance it's been 5 days. Judge if he's moved on in a month on two. I'm sure as soon as the Chavez fight is announced, he would've moved on. Can you moved on when you are probably contracted to have post-fight press obligations when they're 100% gonna ask about your previous opponent?

Anyone who tells people they train fighters but when genuinely asked, isn't brave enough to say who and hide behind an alias rather than announce who they are and responds with pubescent comments such as 'your mum' is 100% a troll

Why don't you come down to gym and find out, we can see what you can do, as well, nearly everyone on here knows who I am, but you ! You must live a sheltered life or you are a Nerd, maybe both, you and Carl Froch have some things in common, both of you have been mentally abused and scared because of the experience and both of you can't move on.

I have highlighted where you fail to make sense. Me and Carl Froch have very little in common. He is from Nottingham, I am from East London. He is of Polish decent, he is of Irish. You get my drift...

The only assumptions I have made is based on the 'your mum' comment, which is, you are either a child or a very childish adult. The assumptions you have made about me are based on pure fantasy and are completely wrong. 1 - I have lived anything but a sheltered life. I am from a working-class Irish family in brought up in a council estate, so the 'sheltered life' sh1t you mentioned is wrong. It was impossible to be sheltered as the only way I could occupy myself was to hang out and the sh1t you see where I'm from. 2 - I am not a 'nerd' I tend to use boxrec on my phone when out and about so again your wrong. 3 - why would I know who you are. We've never had a conversation apart from when I asked you a question and you said 'your mum'.

You're boring me now... I think I've cleared up your points...

PS yo mumma's fat

To be fair to Carl, and I've probably been over critical cos I was fed up of his BS from the first Groves fight (and he spoke a fair bit of it), he isn't the most stupid boxer ever. In fact far from it. He's much more articulate than say, Michael Gomez or Kevin Mitchell. Some comments he doesn't help himself but it doesn't matter at the end of the day, when you're the world champion in front of 80,000 ticket buyers etc

Someone said it was the worst Irsh boxer they had ever seen ? Was that you ? Lol. If you are so bored, why do you keep coming back, you must be obsessed with me, not gay are you ? Groves is one of the most articulate fighters in Britain. He got it wrong this time, so he looks bad. But he would be hailed a genius had he won. And until that perfect shot, things were even and uneventful. Froch's experience shone through and well done. But Froch is far from the sharpest tool in the box but boxing is not an IQ test or Stephen Hawking would be world champion

still, I'm pretty sure I'd take him out.
