Picked the figures out the sky at a guess tbh mate/ that all he’s made, 10? Shocking as he made half that v Ortiz (5m)
Couldn’t envisage hed only made 10m - if that’s the case , so be it . As you say if it’s 10 it’s still right

his career high is 1.6m quid and his other paydays since getting a belt range from 700 to about 1m, he wasnt making much from his fights before that. to be at about 20m quid hed have to be getting big ass private side payments or endorsements that seem to greatly overpay him.

lol shocking? 5m vs ortiz? the total combined purses for that fight were like 2m pounds

Like I said I picked 20 out the air as a guesstimate . Thought he made more v ortiz tbh, certainly more than 10 in his career.
Whatever the ammont it’s not the point i was making .
Being accused of doing nothing in his career is my point

Just checked he’s made 16m career earnings, so 20m guess wasn’t million miles away
Well actually was 4million away but u get the drift

where did you get that from, one of those random celeb net worth websites that just throw out whatever numbers without breakdowns or sources?
and where did you read he made 5m vs ortiz? that was widely reported as like 2m combined
hes had 8 titles fights, only one of which was much over 1m pounds (1.6). he didnt make much from his other fights from what ive read, certainly nowhere near what hes made for title fights. maybe al haymons been paying him on the side? highly generous endorsement money?
but ya, hes certainly done okay for himself

Wilder is sh*t, been a pro years and hasn't really done f*ck all, got a couple names on his record that's it, he is always off balance , got rocked to his boot straps by scoiners, mans a raving dinlo and he has a big shot that's about it, won't be landing that big shot on Tyson
There are 5,000 current boxers who would love to be as sh*t or do as f*ck all as Wilder.
They must be off there heads then

Wilder has blatantly ducked Dillian Whyte and the WBC making Dominic Breazeale Wilder's mandatory when he is ranked below Whyte is absolutely disgraceful.
Yeah it's a funny one with the WBC. Whyte has been far more active and has better wins. I never understand these rankings tbh. Breazeale has only fought twice since AJ. 2 decent wins but Whyte has been far more impressive and active!
didn’t Whyte agree to step aside?
They’re all at it, Hughie Fury final eliminator for the IBF... because he errrr...
I'm not sure mate. He's been pretty vocal about the WBC for a while so I'd be surprised if he agreed to step aside.

Wilder got 2mil for fighting Ortiz I read, and Finkel says him and Deontay had a good laugh at Hearn's offer of 7mil for Whyte and 5 for Chisora?
Just one of the many reasons why I think Finkel/Wilder/Espinoza are mostly to blame for the Joshua debacle, I believe that all these sources that blame AJ/Hearn start with Espinoza

I think they realise that Wilder has a very good chance of being flattened summarily by Joshua, and to some extent, it's a cash-out fight.
Wilder has fought almost nobody of note, and is nothing more than a paper champ. If he wanted to be regarded as more, the opportunity to fight better opponents has been there.
They want silly money to fight Joshua, and will want too much to fight Tyson too I'll wager.

The same Joshua that turned down $50m to fight Wilder?

Joshua turned down the $50m offer, or more precisely Eddie Hearn did, because they don't want to fight outside of the UK and wanted to call all of the shots.
They are telling Wilder to do something that they are not prepared to do themselves. It's double-standards. But clearly Hearn feels they have the whip hand because Joshua will make far more money without `Wilder than Wilder would without Joshua.

Tyson of before, with Peter in his corner would beat him.
I think he’s going to struggle against top opposition without Peter. Massive difference having a personal trainer in charge!

Btw that probably wasn't the best move inded. He had his best moments under Peter's guidance.

Look at the last time Peter wasn’t in the corner. He couldn’t keep himself focussed, got dropped heavily and made really hard work of what should have been a walk in the park. That Fury turns up against Wilder, he loses.

Is obvious they are both using the speculation to sell their next fights
Wilder vs Breazeale and Fury vs Pianeta are hardly capturing the imagination.
Could this fight happen this year? No way.
It is though a possibility for April next year.

It makes me wonder what Dillian Whyte has to do to get a title shot?
He's no great & he thinks he's better than he is, but one thing that cannot be denied, he ducks no man, does everything that is asked of him & keeps winning, yet he still can't get a shot.
