If this doesn’t happen then it would be the first ever instance of the Fury’s talking shite.

About as likely as AJ-Wilder was for September. I’m also expecting Whyte two for April....jameswilson wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 10:12 If this doesn’t happen then it would be the first ever instance of the Fury’s talking shite.

Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
Is this happening before or after Fury finishes his medical degree?
Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
No chance this happens anytime soon.
Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
Mmmm this on the same day Frank is getting pelters for claiming to see the $50m contract on talksport and bellew calling him out as lying.
I think tickets maybe slow for Windsor park.

Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
id love this to fight to get signed but can't see it. Fury would make a show of AJ if this fight goes ahead next, to face Wilder after being so inactive takes balls. Even with his layoff I still think he out boxes Wilder easily
Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
If Fury took this fight and fiddled his way to a points victory and collected the WBC strap it would put him right back at the top table and piss all over Hearn's attempts to control and manipulate the heavyweight division.
This could be a very worthwhile calculated gamble by Fury.
It seems very premature but Wilder isn't a boxing genius. If Fury can get properly fit then why not?
If Fury was to win there would be huge clamour for an AJ unification fight and Hearn wouldn't be able to get away with calling all the shots in the way that he is currently doing with the Wilder situation.

Tyson looks like he’s got HMP escape risk clothing on in the video!
Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
If Fury gets to 70% of his former self, he will sail home
Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
Be a good long weekend in New York for this. boxrec meetup?

Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
I'm struggling to believe anything from Fury these days.
Nice fight if it happens, but I'm not holding my breath. He is so far from ready, and facing Placenta isn't a warm up for Wilder is it?

Your probably right but I got a soft spot for fury so my view is abit biased. Fury to knock him out in 1samwbr wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 16:12Wilder would flatten him right now.smiling assassin wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 12:10 id love this to fight to get signed but can't see it. Other heavyweights stealing the limelight and serving up great entertainment at the moment .
I think he's feeling a little left out .
Do us all a favour, make an announcement when the fight is actually signed .

Re: Fury vs Wilder "almost done"
Given a few months more training and a couple of half decent opponents to get some rounds in against then yes I think by December Tyson would deal fairly easily with any of the heavyweights who fought at the weekend.
But out of all the guys out there wilder is the very last one I’d want him to face until he’s absolutely on top of his game
