Just flicked through the highlights... cant belive they chose to fight at a pace that was sustainable. Neither were even sweaty at the end, what a farce eddie claims its personal, but is happy to cruize to a decision loss.

Very easy fight to score. They should find something else to compete at next, 'cause there won't be much call for a rematch.

Yeah, in fairness to Hall he did empty his tank, and was only able to see the end because Thor didn't know how to negate the threat from his any-minute-now stance.

Hall got humbled, or most likely didn't. He was going to do all sorts in this fight and didn't deliver on 90% of it.
Thor trained and sparred properly. Hall had a bunch of yes men. It comes down to ego in these types of match ups.

Thor is in no way a natural at boxing. But you have to admire the effort he’s put in. Nelson has taught him the fundamentals and you can see the hours he’s put in learning them.
High guard, jab, double jab and straight backhand.
You put him with any half-decent area-level heavyweight and he’s getting stopped badly early.
Hall’s arrogance and complete contrary approach was his undoing.

Thor is atrocious at boxing but those basic basics he learned were enough to beat Hall… whose style, technique, game plan and execution was very questionable indeed.

I didn't think Thor was that bad for a novice with no boxing background. At least he tried to respect the fundamentals.
Hall was a bit of an oaf though he looked like he hadn't done any boxing training and thought he could just swing for the fences. The right man definitely won.

I’m surprised how quickly Hall gassed as he used to be a swimmer so you’d think they’d be some kind of natural engine there.
There wasn’t and there obviously wasn’t any serious training being done apart from throwing big looping rights at his 50% less bodyweight ‘friends’.

Wish I had seen some of these odds others did. I tried to put 300 on Thor at hills. Was 2/1 when I added to my betslip but then dropped to 15/8. Okayed that but it knocked back the 300 and only offered me 133.33. so still won some money but not as much as I would've.
