not at all, I'm not courting argument, you just seem deeply unhappy and only ever say horrible things. You seem to only take solace from negativity, so toxic. Cannot be good for you. Reading your posts, I'd swerve you as you are so utterly moany.

thanks mate, I unmuted as he was banging on about me. You're right tho, going to pop him on mute. Cheers mate. I just know people are happier if they don't do hate. Life is too short. I had another stroke albeit TIA last month, just be nice and be positive it is good for the body and soul.
Excuse me, since when was I banging on about you? I replied to your random post having yet another dig at me. Something you seem to do repeatedly despite claiming I’m on ignore.

I suggest you stick to ignoring me or grow a thicker skin. Trust me, I couldn’t give two shits about anything you post unless it’s a direct reply to me, you are irrelevant to my use of this board.

If Itauma stays focused and in shape he will be fighting for world titles, he beats DDD now

Weird one for me. If dacres is overweight and mediocre like last time Itauma blasts him out of there... But if dacres is on point he would give Itama some real problems.

I dont think fwank will allow that fight to happen for an english title... but if somehow it got ordered for the brittish in a year.... and dacres had stayed looking poor... then its a mabey.

Guys such has yourself , SHOULD post more and regular about Peds , what they can and can't do , recount horror storys you experienced or heard off , giving people a heads up and look into the reality of it all .

Personaly i can't add anything because i really don't know a damm thing about them , never took them or have any experience with them except , has a trainer , myself i was lucky i always had a very good strong physice , lot of people thought i done weights but i never touched one in my life , for me hard work just gave me what i was happy with , suppose i had a natural strenght which came from starting the boxing gym at around 8-9 years old , starting work at 13 and very heavy work for a kid , gave me natural strenght , keeping trim came from the gym , running , i used to love to run , found it cleared my head , end result , nearly 70 and can still jump in and body spar 5-6 hard rnds , , don't let the young ens hit me in the head anymore , not enough cells left and too slow   .

Has a trainer i knew a couple who were obviously on them and had lads fight them but my worry was non existent , were not talking world class here , so my advice was always go really hard first 2-3 rnds , , remember i used to say , theres only 2 ways to get a physice like that hard work or peds , and this fuckers to lazy for the hard work so go hard and gas him out , always worked has well ... Course when you climbed the ladder you better have better advice than that , but at lower levels it worked .

But anyway , let myself and others know more about the dangers has opposed to benefits , knoledge is always good , if you turn just one young man away from them , youv'e done a good job ,, until the relevent authoroties start banning not only the athletes but the others who contributed towards it , then its not gonna stop , it would stop by a big percentage in boxing , if a promoter and trainer were found guilty of knowing and aiding and banned along with the athlete :TU:

I did years on the door, most of the guys were smashing in the roids, many of them for like 30 years, since their 20's into their 50's.
A lot of the fellas who couldn't give it up were dropping dead in their 50's
Know a few who were dropping dead long before that.
A few of those through suicide, plays with your head more than your body

Thanks mate. Apologies for delay, not got on here much this week as work been bonkers.

In terms of PEDs, my tale is a how not to, and my end is about how quickly you can abuse them. I used at 15 when I did bodybuilding, utterly idiotic as I limited all my natural growth opportunities. Went from 9st 4 to 16 stone 7 and looked 'great' if we view great by a narcissistic myopic lens. Stopped training and using at 19 and clearly made loads of natural gains by......going back to below 10 stone.

Went back on when started strongman training at 27 weighing 10 stone. Added ten-ish stone in 2 years through massive PED abuse, wasted up to £400 a month using testosterone, masteron, trenbolone, human growth hormone, an array of SARMS/peptide such as CJC1295, GHRP2, GHRP6 and pathetically stayed on without any cycling off for well over 7 years, adding in toxic oral anabolics including anadrol, dbol. And due to epic insecurity, took huge cycles of thyroid drugs (T5/T3 and dangerous chinese thermogenics including clenbuterol) to maintain a conparatively low level of bodyfat.

Ended up 22.5 stone, had water bloat that made it hard to breath, permanent sweats, panic attacks (leading to more meds to counteract it - tranquilisers, antid's)

I was the Olubamiwo of strongman competitions - crap but used everything, and all it did was make me very large, and average an 'athlete' at best.

I was the extreme end of usage but many boxers trained there and used HGH, tren, test etc, both BBBoC boxers and so many BIBA/ WCBers. It is RIFE at so many sports. And quite a few sprinters. And randomly, lots of failed sprinters who switched to bobsleighing as there was funding attached and the only other rivals were ex military personnel who turned to it.

I do not know much about much but have taken every PED, steroid, hormone and associated Sarm, supplement and the like. I now advise people NOT to use as it is never worth it. I have friends who used comparatively sensitively who have still suffered irreparable damage - infertility, loss of relationships/jobs due to impact on their mood and the like, long term mental health damage, huge gyno a la the gent in Fight Club, horrific tendon damage as your tendons never get as strong as your muscles, and never repair as quickly when you do damage them. I've torn my achilles full rupture, both rotator cuffs, had 2 spinal surgeries, need a fusion (not having it as it just degenerates further thereafter), have heart failure and can honestly say no one who uses PEDs beyond sparingly and briefly, escapes unscathed. In strongman, I used to say it was only hurting me, but it does not, you damage your kinship networks, family and more.

Happy to answer any questions on it, not proud of it one iota but definitely a wiser man. If you can call a nobhead who wasted 10s of £k's on gear to get big and strong, a man.

There are people who box on 4 rounders who take a gram of gear a week. That is scary. I dread to think what the elite ones who can afford it take.

and if wondering how I know what these people took, I know as I provided it, wrote protocol and so on. Not proud at all.

Today I am 39, on TRT for life, unable to have any children (luckily have one beautiful step daughter who is my world and enough child for several lifetimes), have limited mobility and will not see old age. I tell every single person who asks (I still train and do a bit of PTing when career allows) it is never ever worth it. It will reduce your life quality and expectancy, and reduce your quality of life even when you do look good.

I used to weight lift and was natural. Did a programme similar to Steve Reeves. Really wanted to try a gentle one like Anavar. After reading your story I'll leave well alone Sean. Hope your recovery is going well fella

I used to weight lift and was natural. Did a programme similar to Steve Reeves. Really wanted to try a gentle one like Anavar. After reading your story I'll leave well alone Sean. Hope your recovery is going well fella
Thanks mate, very much appreciated. I am good, lucky to be here and retain a good semblance of health. I used to programme Anavar for female athletes as an ostensibly less toxic and androgenic anabolic, but they all leave their mark, and processing that compound through a delicate organ such as your kidney, is dangerous, Your kidney metabolises much of this so puts its damage on this organ more so than the liver. You do right to swerve it.

I really proud of you for sharing that Sean, I hope it helps you to do so.
thank you sincerely jwfg, means a lot. It is an oft-used cliche, but if I can swerve one soul away from PEDS, I'm good. Thank you mate.

I tell every single person who asks (I still train and do a bit of PTing when career allows) it is never ever worth it. It will reduce your life quality and expectancy, and reduce your quality of life even when you do look good.
Good luck with everything. :salut:
cheers mate, I am happy and lucky. No whingeing here. Which is upsetting as I love whingeing.

Reading that made me very happy Coneye, thank you for that. Much appreciated. If he or anyone else ever wants a conversation, inbox me. I've no agenda but happy to talk through any questions queries or otherwise. And good on you for reaching out to the lad. I also ended up doing the doors. Fortunately my placidity always remained largely but seeing what gear did to others ref aggression and the like was astonishing. A kind soul who looked out for others could quickly turn into a selfish alienating bully in months. The paranoia is something no user ever sees creeping up and we all deny it until we have pushed even our most stoic defenders away. Show me a long term user and I'll show you a lonely soul.

Apologies for the melancholic mantra this evening forum!

Quite the opposite mate - what a powerful read this all is (and mods, surely this deserves its own thread rather than risk being 'buried' in the original one?)

I think you've done 2 things we should all be grateful for:
1. Brought a real sense of perspective - easy for us to get caught up bickering/arguing in here about what in the scheme of things are such trival issues and this really helps everyone reset and show some solidarity and empathy.
2. Relating to the above, you've shown the strength of being willing to be vulnerable. Takes real courage to talk about these things so openly and honestly, and i salute you for that. What a great example to set :salut:

Have read a couple of times now that he is being compared to Iron Mike...I guess that's based on age currently...is it justified in any way as only seen the odd Moses KO so can't really comment..
