As long as Tyson’s not expecting £20m then there will still be enough to go around and he’d probably pocket £5m. If Frank’s on the hook to pay him £10m+ then it might be getting pulled.

Wasn't it raining hard ? I remember watching it and feeling sorry for anyone sat there getting soaked. But anyone buying a ticket to sit outside in December to watch this fight needs sectioning

It’s a fair way to do it and when AJ was getting

I’ve been drenched a couple of times at stadium shows. Haye/Chisora and Haye/Klitschko. Both were in the summer and it was annoying but at least it wasn’t freezing cold too. If it’s 5 degrees, wet and windy then it’s going to be a slog for those pitch side.

The purses of the 2 fighters was $41m so £34m. Either Tyson took a lot less or Frank wouldn’t have made much at all.
There's still plenty of cheddar left after that, surely. PPV, US revenue, international sales etc.
When you factor in the TV company taking their PPV commission, it reportedly doing 750k U.K. buys and not much in the US, the costs of promoting, undercard (not much), stadium here (granted they did great on tickets with this), I can’t see how Frank made a killing.
Who knows though.

I fully expect for there to be antics at the work out and the weigh in to cause controversy and thus interest in the fight.
Fury & Chisora will be getting a low guaranteed sum … have no fears the promoters WILL not be making a loss.
The key to Fury’s and Chisora wages will the amount of PPVs that sell and the fighters get a high percentage of the PPVs income.
David Haye got one of his highest purses when he fought Audley Harrison. If you remember Haye was constantly being controversial to gain more interest in the fight.
