It is a shame Calzaghe can't just congratulate Froch. Both great fighters and both well respected globally in the boxing world. I remember listening to a Floyd interview when someone was having a go at him (might even have been Floyd phoning in while he was been criticised) and the presenter asked why Floyd wouldn't fight somebody in the Calzaghe class. Floyd responded saying there wasn't anyone in the Calzaghe class available. Just shows he was highly thought of.

Froch used to go on about Calzaghe all the time, he doesn't need to now, he's gone out there, took risks and had a superb career. If more boxers had his mentality it would be a better sport.
