Davies is a rank idiot
By the sounds of the guys on here who rant about liverpool they would roll over and not fight for anything if it happened to thembanjo wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 08:01I disagree, if this had happened to any other club their people would be fighting just as hard for the same, but because it's never happened to them they just think Liverpool fans were milking it. I suppose they think the families of the Bloody Sunday victims were milking it too and they took even longer to get an apology for something even worse.thechump wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 07:44Thanks babjo,i was about to write an S A as to why Hillsborough is different to bradford and you have hit the nail on the head. What gets me is that people from outside of Liverpool or LFC say the same things "Liverpudlians play the badly done to card and wallow is self pity" well please someone tell me how long they would take to clear a dead family members name that had been dragged through the mud? By the sounds of most non scousers they wouldnt fight that long to clear any family members name which is sad. Anne williams died still fighting to clear her sons name after nearly 30 years thats hiw long a parent from liverpool fights to clear a name Margaret Thatcher, the south yorkshire police and the F.A hid the truth and the scum printed lies about the fans that were doing the job the police and ambulance service should of been doing, dont slate them praise them for sticking with it while greaving for a lost loved one or a lost friend.banjo wrote: ↑01 Jan 2018, 15:07
The police, government and the media didn't blame the fans for Valley Parade, they did for Hillsborough. They fucked up and then lied and made up stories that were proven to be false and the only people who pickpocketed the dead on that day were South Yorkshire police officers.
Bradford was a disaster but it wasnt a lie
Oh they would if it happened to them, but because it hasn't they'll just mock people who have suffered injustice.thechump wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 08:24By the sounds of the guys on here who rant about liverpool they would roll over and not fight for anything if it happened to thembanjo wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 08:01I disagree, if this had happened to any other club their people would be fighting just as hard for the same, but because it's never happened to them they just think Liverpool fans were milking it. I've never understood why any comment on Hillborough, a terrible tragedy, is taken to be an affront to the whole city of Liverpool. It like when Ken Bigley met a grissly end, it must have been horrific for his family, but we had "the whole city of Liverpool in mourning"......
When Bradford's ground burnt down 56 people died yet in contrast to Hillborough when is it ever even mentioned?
Horrible things happen all over the country sadly but Liverpudlians do seem to revel in victimhood.
Bradford was a disaster but it wasnt a lie
Only in the white part
Please tell us more about this burglary stufflurkyshaka wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 05:58 The more this rumbles on the more this looks increasinlgy ridiculous....
Davies says to a lad from Hull that he'll give an interview with the Sun.....and people think he's mocking Hillsborough?? FFS...the connection is flimsy at best, but in truth its utterly ludicrous.
Unless there is more to it that none of us know about, then this situation is grossly unfair on Davies and the way that Eddie has thrown Davies under the bus will do Matchroom no favours. I'd like to hear an interview with Eddie regarding this. And not a PR based one that avoids asking the real questions. I'd like to hear this addressed properly.
And now its been said that Davies comments were in fact aimed at an apparent burglary that Coyle was in some way implicated in. I suppose Coyle doesn't owe Davies anything, but its not very honourable allowing Davies to be blamed for something entirely different, and especially a subject as controversial and sensitive as Hillsborough.
If Davies was referring to Hillsborough, then he's obviously a c***, BUT I think its growing clearer by the second that he wasn't. The way that some people have turned on him is disgusting. He needs to seek legal advice to address this issue and then he needs to go about setting up a new team to handle his career.
I was just explaining to loftgroov the difference between a cover up of how hillsborough happened and a fire at valley parade,he, and a lot of people still dont know the difference u see or understand why the families have fought for so long.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 09:07That’s all true...but still absolutely nothing to do with what Davis said.thechump wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 07:44Thanks babjo,i was about to write an S A as to why Hillsborough is different to bradford and you have hit the nail on the head. Someone called Zak Zanotti said " @tommycoyle89 has anoyyed me, has let Ohara get stick for the Sun comments when he knows to effing well it was because of the burglary he was linked to not that Hillsborough disaster. What have you who is from Hull got to do with that disaster nothing"
I see, so it appears Davies comment was just a daft remark aimed at a slight link between Coyle and a burglary as reported in the Sun......and yet now he's been lambasted as though he was taking the p*** out of Hillsborough. That's bad enough but the lack of loyalty shown from his training team and promoter has been appalling really.Taansend wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 12:05This.....lurkyshaka wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 11:25I don't know anymore than what I've seen on IG though I think it was orginally a tweet.....maybe other people will have more information on the actual story being referred to.
