It was but also chisora was sick going into the fight and you could tell. I saw the pre fight interview and he clearly had the flu quite badly but said he didn’t care he wasn’t pulling out. It’s probably the only time when I’ve genuinely believed a guy had an excuse to be shit.

Fury v Schwarz to air on BBC Radio 5 Live

Tyson Fury's fight with Tom Schwarz and Josh Warrington's world title bout against Kid Galahad will be broadcast by BBC Radio 5 Live this weekend.

Warrington will attempt to defend his IBF world featherweight title in Leeds at about 22:00 BST on Saturday.

Britain's ex-world heavyweight champion Fury meets undefeated German Schwarz in Las Vegas at about 04:00 on Sunday.

BBC Sport boxing commentator Mike Costello said 5 Live had "become the home of heavyweight drama".

"In my time as BBC boxing correspondent, the likes of Ricky Hatton, Joe Calzaghe and Carl Frampton have had their names decorating billboards here in Vegas and now it's the turn of Tyson Fury," said Costello.

"He has looked and sounded in great shape here and has a chance to become the dominant heavyweight of his era."

Fury, 30, holds a record of 27 wins and one draw, while 25-year-old Schwarz has won all of his 24 fights.

Warrington, 28, who beat Carl Frampton in December, said there is no chance he will underestimate 29-year-old fellow Briton Galahad.

Radio 5 Live boxing analyst Steve Bunce said: "There were rumours about injuries and missing training, but when I went to see Josh he looked as sharp as I have ever seen and even more focused."

I'm probably not going to bother watching this fight, but it was encouraging to see Tyson in good shape in the open workout. We will see when he hits the scales. Other than that, does anyone really care about the fight?

No, not really. I've had enough of Fury the showman, I want to see him fight someone who is a decent threat.

I know you know the answer already, but no, this is not going to go over well in the US. Today's presser was practically empty. And in Vegas no less. I'd watch it if it were free, but not paying a dime for it.

I buy the majority of PPVs to be honest but this will most definitely not be one of them, absolute shambles.

Watched it at a friend's house in the end. I have hosted some AJ PPVs in the past though, mainly for mates who are casual fans & love/loved him

A mate of mine, who's a traveler, came to see me at work today. It's the first time I've seen him since this fight was announced. After catching up and talking about our respective families, the conversation went like this.

Me: Are you going to Vegas for the Fury fight?
Him: No. Tyson'll be the only Gypsy from Britain going.
Me: Why?
Him: Coz he's the only one without a criminal record.

Made me chuckle.
