That's amazing!SeanBrennan wrote: ↑18 Oct 2025, 15:01 and a short update from me - I was 19 stone 3 on 11 August, now 15 stone 13, eating once a day and training 2x a day, finished radiotherapy on Tuesday and doing my very best to do a Joe Gallagher, signed up to run a marathon before xmas with my mate Irish Steve who does 3-4 a month. Choosing to fight and choosing to live. Doing the podcasts as I enjoy them and have not missed work throughout, feeling the best I have ever felt.

Thanks Mickey I wish him a healing process then matemickey1975 wrote: ↑19 Oct 2025, 08:29 Sean, great attitude regarding your ongoing battle and I wish you well with it. Now, regarding Hopey. I haven't wanted to go to deep into it because I'm not a doctor but here's a brief summary as far as I know... yes, he broke his hand. They then took bone from his hip to fix it with and messed up his hip. He's done everything possible to sort it out. I might see someone from that crowd at the championships this afternoon so will update if I can.
Sean, this is brilliant to hear mate. Genuinely put a huge smile on my face. Hi Sammy sorry for super late response. Just read it. You’ve made my day mate. Really nice of you to say that, thank you.Sammy Scaff wrote: ↑28 Oct 2025, 07:57 Just watching Sean's most recent chat with Russ.
Absolutely brilliant stuff.
Sean's insight and humour lights up the screen.
A paid gig for him would be great but I fear he'd have to rein it in too much to get one which would be a great shame.
