Shouldn’t he take advantage of being the A side by going where the money is? Wlad went to Russia for big bucks for Povetkin. Wilder was prepared to. You go where the money is.
What advantage is he taking by going away from home?
Joshua takes more money in two average UK fights than one away in America. It's up to Wilder. Wilder doesn't make as much in five fights as he does it he takes the offer Hearn made.

None of their banter means anything. The boys need to fight. There is no reason not to. We the fans could give a shite where. They'll fight, but maybe not until 2019.

And Fury went to Germany where Klitschko had all the advantages, on top of that tried to take liberties with the ring floor etc and still came away with the win. Yet Dirk gives him no credit whatsoever.
But Anthony can do what he likes and can do no wrong......
I give Fury loads of credit for that win.

. He went away and beat a dominant champion fair and square.

I agree with you, and the reason is Wilder.
He's in a position where he has to sell. He can't take a position of strength because he has no plan B as I've said all along. The whole point of negotiating is knowing what it takes for the other side to walk away. What does he have if he does that? A fight with Breazeale for chump change.

It's not all down to Wilder. Joshua wants something Wilder has too, his WBC belt. Without that he can't say he is undisputed. But he wants all the advantages and for Wilder to make all the concessions even though the Wilder camp have offered the most money. Do you not see an issue there?

Joshua undoubtedly wants the WBC belt. Wilder wants a payday that he'll never get without Joshua.
Does Joshua want all the advantages? Yes. Why wouldn't he? What's he meant to do? Offer Wilder a few because he's so unpopular he can't even headline a PPV in his own country?
If you get to the point when you're selling out Wembley I expect you to push for home advantage. Why the hell wouldn't you?

I could give a F$CK as to who's at fault or anything else we speculate on. Both of them want the fight, promoters are greedy sh#ts. Frankly, Las Vegas would bring in the most money when one combines the $5,000 plus ticket prices and global PPV revenues. If they fight at Wembley, I don't care. I just want the fight.

In that case you can't criticise Wilder if he walks away from the fight. Anthony only wants to fight if everything is in his favour.
I'm sure Wilder could go to Russia to fight Povetkin or the UK to fight Fury and make good money. Sure he wants to make bigger money in one contest against Joshua and a win blows his profile sky high globally as the undisputed Heavyweight champion but if it doesn't happen then I'm sure his family don't think getting paid over a million per fight is "chump change" as you call it.

Wilder is as much as a champion as AJ. Charles Martin meant nothing. It’s proven a Vegas gate means more money. AJ himself said “let’s roll”. It’s all down to him now. Surely if he has any pride he’d prefer to beat Wilder than two average defences? And every boxer, rock band, etc wants to ‘crack America’. This is his chance, for a fortune, or he will be known as a stay at home champion. Maybe his recent performances have made them put the brakes on a bit.

Said it before , a couple of months ago Mckracen said in an interview , EDDIE does'nt say who AJ fights , myself and AJ decide , and i don't want a Wilder fight till at least 2019 ,,, Taken that he is a no no nonsence type of guy , i think you can believe him , Regards the 50 million and Vegas , well its easy , AJ can take 50 mill and sell his belts in Vegas , and sell his belts he will , because the Vegas discisions for the home favorite are worst than the UK or Germany , fook nearly has bad as Australia .
So he sells his belts , loses popularity , drops down to say 2-5 miill a fight has a few more and trys to get a big money fight with Fury , , who then refuses because he wants Wilder and his carreer takes a real backward step . minimizing his potential earnings , .
Or he says Wilder get stuffed , i'm the man you want my belts come and take them , gets say 15 -20 mill to beat Wilder , unless he gets stopped , and lets face it at wembley its only a ko that will beat Aj has long as he's on his feet he wins , he then defends against Miller , whoever for 10 mill a pop , and finishes with a massive Fury fight , or a rematch with Wilder , providing he wins easy ,, AJ would be a fool to let them con or talk him into a Vegas fight , Wilder needs AJ not the other way around , what is Wilder gonna get paid to fight Whyte , Parker , Miller , ,,, problem with Wilder he's now a product of his own ducking and diving carreer , no one is really interested , his biggest win he came within a hairs breath of losing to a overweight , , old guy ,
Wilder has been doing now what he should of been doing a long time ago , using AJ to get his name out there , but he's the challenger here not AJ ,
Oh and by the way i'm not a big fan of AJ , i think he's just the best of a bad bunch , and been very fortunate from who to go , starting with his dodgy Olympics win

Face it, boys. They need each other. This title needs to be unified and both fighter's camps know it's the only mega-fight opportunity. So while we banter back and forth, the fight will be made, it's a matter of when. Both fighters need this fight regardless of what we post.

It's not equal though is it. Certainly not in a financial sense. It's taken Wilder about ten fights to earn something similar to what AJ earns fighting Carlos Takam. That's why it's not equal.

Joshua is the A-Side of the fight but only in the UK. In America Wilder is doing the best numbers of the Showtime crew. He's also got the green belt which really is the most coveted belt in boxing. Still, Joshua is the overall A-side. That will be reflected in the purse split though. It's not like Wilder is asking for parity.

i dont think wilder having the wbc belt rather then one of the other 3 means much at all, esp for an undisputed fight. these days no single of the big 4 are really much more presitgious then all the rest. always thought of the wbc more as the little mexicans belt anyway, not hw
the biggest added value of the wbc may come from not having to fight mandatories , at least if your adonis :lol
the belt value here is in having them all. if aj wins its all about undisputed, not the wbc belt itself

Joshua named his price for fighting in the States believing it wouldn't be met. The price was met, he tweeted "Let's Roll" and his followers pleasured themselves whilst looking at his muscular torso.
Joshua is now back-pedalling faster than Michael Jackson, his word is regarded as BS and it's starting to look like the biggest duck in boxing history.

I think you're dramatically overdoing this - presumably on purpose. It's hardly a duck if he's saying he wants the fight in the UK.

What 'behaviour' am I accepting?
Boxing isn't like football where you have guaranteed home and away fixtures. In general the biggest name gets the home fight. Earns more money, fights better names, has more titles, picks up millions more PPVs and draws tens of thousands more tickets. The biggest name in the fight is Joshua.
And also the biggest name in your bedroom. You're obsessed with the man!
But in other cases the fight goes to where the money is. Your hero named his price but now he's looking for a way out.
He'll be remembered as the Sven Ottke of the heavyweights unless he fights a live opponent under the age of 41.
Where's the money though?
I could say I have $50 million but it doesn't mean I have it though.
You're too easily fooled by empty promises.
