He's not had 'the' contract, drafts have bounced back and forth between both parties. Everything we've heard today points towards the money being agreed by both sides but the demands Frank would make of Eubank going forward if he won are unacceptable. If I were Billy I'd be asking Frank why he's being so unbending, does he not think his man will win?
By all account its Jnr that keep changing his mind on the finer trivual details ...hes the one not happy with having a huge leap frog up in class ,far bigger exposure , far bigger payday , up in rankings , going from fighting public house bums to titles really does take some thinking about doesn't it
I mean what more could he actually want for in the piss poor position he's already in ?

Either way cigano, the contract was never signed so bunny should not have advertised the fight.
I'm guessing you're a big bjs fan, if so I can understand your frustration but eubank has done nothing wrong yet. If he signed it and went back on it he's at fault but he has every right to try and get himself the best deal he can. So does bjs.
only person to blame is the guy who announced the fight and put tickets on sale

Eubank tweeted that Fwank was trying to force him to sign a contract before his lawyers have had chance to check it. I would say if Eubank doesn't eventually agree to the fight Fwank will sue him over that comment. He has sued for less. Gets a bit touchy, like.

Not overly a fan of BJS , more me old man is , although as my fellow countryman would want him to win and i just think he's the more seasoned pro , was backing him to take it at this stage if they fought , that being said i never thought JNR would take this fight at this stage anyway ...hes not done 12 rounds against a live opponent yet and he will need to even if he was facing BJSs last few opponents

BJS rolling out homophobic insults left right and centre, bragging about having a tear up, calling him a scummy bastard.
All a little bizarre and distasteful. Kugan sounds rather uncomfortable.
Fury gets a fine so should this young man.

I think theres a bit of blame on both sides here ,, Frank no doubt is asking for options , because from all accounts the money is good and not the problem , but thats what promoters do , they hedge there bets incase there golden goose gets beat ,
Eubans father is the mouthy one with all the free publicity he gets declaring his sons future world champs , blady bla bla , Eubank jnr seems to love the publicity and bullshit , but has not fought anyone of significance yet .
End result , Frank should NEVER of announced it without contracts signed , but he claims he had a verbal agreemant .. Eubank should of thought about his future before they mouthed off , because Saunders has called there bluff and so he should .
The money was ok , the dates were set , everything going ahead , and Eubank NOW DECIDES his lawyer needs to look at the contracts , he had a month . Eubank should of announced at the beginning that it was'nt set in stone and contracts needed to be altered , alls its done is make him look excatly what Saunders said , A BOXING bully WHO ONLY WANTS TO FIGHT SURE WINS and bottled it when his bluff was called .
Either way mentaly he is facked , HE JUST DOES'NT HAVE THE CONFIDENCE , and neither does his dad , if there worried about it being the correct fight for his future , why did'nt they just say thanks but no thanks , were going in a different direction , .
Good luck to the kid , instead of learning his trade and chasing the big fights when he's ready , he has beat up smaller cannon fodder , whilst his dad tells the world how good he is , and now bottled it when push comes to shove ,
Saunders may come across a bit rough round the hedges , he's not the best public speaker , But heh , when others were learning there A.B.C 's he was dreaming of being a fighter . and he has managed to articulate one thing very well ,
HE WANTS THE FIGHT .

Did Frank announce the fight? As far as I'm aware it was Eubank Sr who was saying the fight was agreed to press in Las Vegas prior to the Mayweather fight. Warren might have confirmed that when asked, but Wednesday's press conference was to announce the fight.

Yes it was all over his tv channel page and promotion page. It had links within it to take you to the ticket seller

Got to agree with that.
Eubank Jr. comes across as a bit of a div at times, all twitter talk and posing around, the fault in this instance is with allegedly. He shouldn't have announced the fight, if there was nothing to announce.
I really think Fury and Chisora isn't selling as well as he originally thought, which is why he was trying to make the undercard sound more interesting. I wonder if he knew how much the Saunders vs Eubank fight would capture the imagination as much as it did? Seems to me, more people were discussing that fight than were discussing the main event.

According to Eubank Snr, his son would beat Ward! But apparently not BJS

Eubank will sign only to be told by the Saunders camp too late we don't want it now.

As much as I’d like to blame Eubank Jnr and call him bottle job etc. it’s not his fault at all.
Contracts weren’t agreed and signed; fight should not have announced – yet it was. End of.
As mentioned by other posters, it’s silly to expect him to sign a contract without lawyers go through it. This can be a very time consuming process; especially if the contract is full of clauses and options.

The Saunders interview was really bad IMO. Not only did he make comments about Eubank being a 'faggot' who liked to suck cock, etc. He then said that thinks that Chris jnr was raped at boarding school and it had messed with his mind. That's truely dire stuff. ...... regarding the situation itself, Frank shouldnt of started selling tickets on the back of the fight not even being made. On the other hand though nowhere near as bad as the former, Eubank jnr was supposed to of had that contract for a month odd didnt he?! If so, how bloody long does it take to go through a contract and either accept the terms or reject them? He certainly should of come out before this press conference was supposed to of occured and said the fight is not on yet, i'm not happy with the condition. He shouldnt of allowed the circus to continue IMO by just staying silent.

You're taking bunny's word that he had it for a month. In the IFL interview it was stated by bunny that there have been several amendments to it during that time. Each time it's amended it will need a re-review by lawyers.
I've had to deal with contracts and lawyers recently regarding planning permission. Trust me it takes the piss with regards to the time it takes to go through contracts and ensure all parties are satisfied.

I'm a big BJS fan, but he should get done for that stupid interview. Plain idiotic. If he's not, well then it totally justifies furys protests. That was much worse than anything he's said, and they seem to fine him every week.

Agreed, although Eubank Jr is also culpable to an extent by retweeting a poster of the fight a few weeks back. That's, at the very least, an indication that he was aware the fight had been announced etc.

He's being humble admitting his son can't beat the best in the division above, we all know he'd clean out the middleweight division with ease and play with froch and groves
