Canelo is a superb technician in the ring. He will dismantle Rocky shortly and win another world title.

He would also dismantle Callum. The same way Canelo did his brother when he was only half the fighting machine he is today.

I make him the favourite, sure. I've followed Smith's career for some time, and when he doesn't get dragged into silliness he's hard to beat if you're a much shorter counterpuncher yourself. The main doubt I have is that he wouldn't respect Canelo's power as much as he did Groves and might make a mistake. But a favourite I make him.

Can't argue with you about Canelo being better-remembered by the general public. Reckon you're surely right on that.

Smith is so much bigger than Canelo, even I'd make him the favourite. Canelo isn't Jesus.

Shades of Sexton-Price!

My main takeaway is that Canelo wasn't worried about Fielding's power (at least not while he was able to keep backing him up), and for that reason I think I'd love to see Canelo-Groves.

Rocky will have set himself up with that fight though. Good on him, seems like a nice young lad.
