I dont know when I am next out mate
never seen Larry box but that comment alone, plus what I've witnessed tonight makes me think he would mash Fury the jive talking blowing out of his a*se clinger on up.fatman wrote:he's a big boy, looks very heavy handed.
get him in with Fury!
read my post about the ref again. i didnt accuse him of throwing the fight. i was just realying what I heard. and i am getting some new shorts as those red ones always ride up. i have black ones but the guy wore black so I couldn't. I was happy David hay knew who I was though. had a brief chat with himexittored wrote:Larry i have to disagree with you about your verdict on the Tyson Fury fight, having just seen the fight a 2nd time i had it down as 5-5 in rounds although i can see how people may see it as a clear Mac victory
Are u sure you want to keep that post up where your accusing O'Connor of throwing the Fight?
Anyway your back to winning which was the main thing and you took care of him in the 1st rd rather than let him start to spoil which he would have so well done.
What i said earlier still stands although i think you will see this yourself, what is great about you is that your entertaining unlike so many heavyweights nowadays and i can see the WARMACHINE cult growing.
I take it you won't be throwing your Hat into PrizeFighter to replace Sprott if he pulls out?
Also is there any reason why you keep your shorts so high? i'm not being cheeky by asking this, just seems like a Trademark and if so than thats cool.
Larry your a gentleman and i totally respect your view's and your right about how your stated the O'Connor thing wasn't your view but just a rumour.warmachine wrote:read my post about the ref again. i didnt accuse him of throwing the fight. i was just realying what I heard. and i am getting some new shorts as those red ones always ride up. i have black ones but the guy wore black so I couldn't. I think the fact that you were not happy with elements of your performance and want to improve will make you a success in the long run and i for one will be supporting you all the way as i like your style, honesty and most of all your entertaining.
You have one of the best physique's in boxing, just didnt think those shorts did you any favours as a Boxer has to look the part so glad your getting a new pair.
Its cool about David Haye recognising you...the cult of Warmachine is growing. Looking forward to your next fight soon, hopefully Peret rematch soon :)
I don't know whether you saw or not, but there was trouble anyway. Some of Fury's fans seemed to only be there to create their own fights.warmachine wrote:thats why I am glad The all mighty blessed me with power so I can take it out of the judgs hands as much as possible. Larry had next to no amateur career, in view of which he is doing just fine, IMO, although he is always going to look 'amateurish' for a while. most important thing is, he is realistic enough to know that he needs to work on aspects of his game, and level headed enough to accept well-intended and insightful criticism where he gets some.opticald wrote:Glad to see Larry win.
However, you need to focus on being more relaxed in the ring and letting things come. I thought Larry was a bit too over eager and I have to say, it makes him look a bit amateurish. The potential is there and the improvements have been made but I think it's time to work on being calm about the approach and throwing good jabs.

Hmm Thought intimidation might have played a part in the refs decision, but his scoring still doesnt make sense. Nice win, and as it was so quick you could take another fight pretty soon.warmachine wrote:thats why I am glad The all mighty blessed me with power so I can take it out of the judgs hands as much as possible. I actually lost some weight for this fight and will continue to lose more as I thought I weighed less than I actually weighed in for the fight ( due to faulty scales I was using prior to the weigh in)![]()
I hope you never get a dodgy decision like that!
I should have listened to you before the fight. I thought fury was just having an innocent laugh, but he seems to mean everything he says. I hope he gets humbled. He's a decent domestic fighter, but he didn't win that fight. And both you and david haye reckon Fury lost!
we actually agree on something Teddy...teddy007 wrote:Hagler2002 wrote:Great style reminds me of a young Mike Tyson
WTF come on thats pushing it abit.
Good attitude thats the sort of thing I like to hear, with just enough confidence in your abilites. Froch and Fury confuse confidence with arrogance, in fact Froch said they were the same thing. As long as you believe in yourself and your team and your fans do that should be enough. I wish you luck and keep busy.warmachine wrote:thanks leforge. some people think i am rubbish while some think I have potential. its funny sometimes but the people I trust and who know their boxing say I have potential so I will keep trying
thanks bro, will call u 2moroBomber 1 wrote:Well Done big man!!! You looked strong there!! The more you start relaxing the easier the knockouts will come!! Cant be seen as negative@ mrrocco. Bruno fought on level terms with Lennox Lewis until the knockdown. If Larry gets anywhere near Bruno's level he would have done exceptionally wellmrrocco wrote:Larry is a strong puncher, but a Bruno type (I don't mean that negatively)
