the 2 lads that said about doing it if it was in liverpool i have a gu who does shows under my banner in liverpool , if ou really would be interested then pm me and ill pass on his details , i went to one of his shows to referee it at beginning of june , was a very good well organised show at a place called silvestrian sports club , he does probably 4 or 5 shows a year like billy does , im going to have to come down to one of yours at some point billy , said it for a while now but not done so yet.

edit : P.S if theres any guys nearer to me (notts ) that fancy a go get in touch and i can sort things out , we are linked to 3 gyms 1 in nottingham 1 in mansfield and one just outside worksop (when that one returns to operation that is ) and like billy we match appropriately , its only the guys who arent real boxing fans wanting to make a fast buck that do the stupid mismatches you see on youtube , any respectable white collar promotor are trying to help our organisations grow , hence no mismatches

Cheers mate. I'm doing a triathlon in June so it would have to be after that as training for that is going to take up all my gym time.

I'll PM you nearer the time :box:

the club is in rodney road fratton (right by the fortress that is fratton park)

i have had a couple from here private message me already im not joking lads if anybody fancies a pop than let me know whether it be for real or exhibition any boxer will tell you the buzz is amazing at the shows you have the fancy entrance with the music and m.c calling your name unlike the amateurs thats just in and out and win lose or draw it really is something you will look back on and think fook me that was extreme and brilliant once again like i said i dont need the fighters bit it would be nice to give some of you the chance to experience what its all about. all matches are fair wearing 16oz gloves (headguards and vests optional) with paramedics and doctor in attendance
Replace "fortress" with "shit hole" and that's about right. I went to one of Billys shows last year and they are a good laugh so would recommend it to anyone.

Are you Roy Jones Punier? Just joking mate, every credit to you. Thats how I started on those type of shows around Bolton and Manchester. Only took up boxing about 4years ago to get fit, since then I've had 7 "White Collar" and 25 licensed pro bouts. Won a few, drew a few and lost a lot more against good class opposition (including Big Daddy B), its addictive! :box:

Hi,

We ourselves put on similar shows in Bolton Greater Manchester and are always looking for new boxers. We have raised £7.500 for the help for heroes charity on previous events. if anyone is interested please get in touch by e mailing us on [email protected] and please check our website http://www.ukboxingalliance.co.uk.. Everyone is fairly matched and there is a medical and weigh in for all boxers before the event takes place. If anyone wants to check out our previous shows please search ukboxingalliance on youtube.

Seen you box a couple of times over in Blackpool, remember you vaigley as an amateur. Defo one of the better ones on the EBF scene. Fair play to youse. Allways put on a good show. :bag:
